Here’s what you can expect from Philly Finance. On this site, I promise I won’t:

But I will:
- Explain how to save and invest
- Share tips that anyone can use
- Share books and other resources so you can learn for yourself
- Encourage you to keep at it
Pretty simple, right? I think so.
I don’t believe in sharing some of the things that other finance bloggers do, like hot stock tips or the specifics of my own net worth. There isn’t necessarily anything wrong with that, but it isn’t my style. I might share some general details and my own experiences from time to time, but what would you get from a daily update of my net worth down to the last cent? Nothing. You should be focusing on your own situation and your own numbers; not mine.
Instead, I like to focus on tips and strategies that anyone can apply to build wealth. You won’t find any trading advice for sale, or get rich quick schemes. If that’s what you’re looking for, sorry. You’ve come to the wrong place.
